We understand your pain. We have many years of experience recovering lost data, photos, videos and important documents on all sorts of hard drives. If the hard drive is still spinning, 90% of the time the data is recoverable. If it's not spinning, we send the drive out to a very reputable data recovery specialist that does invasive recovery to get your data back.
Common hard drive problems we see regularly*:

*Note: in some instances these problems are too severe and need additional recovery options which will require us to ship the drive out for invasive recovery service. However, if we're unsuccessful and need to send the drive out for recovery, we won't charge a penny for our time.
